Mednarodna konferenca: ZDRAVJE IN DELO: Izgradnja dobrega po\u010dutja skozi umetnost v skupnostih in na delovnih mestih<\/strong>

V Dru\u0161tvo Asociacija v okviru projektov CARE<\/em> in Kultura za du\u0161evno zdravje<\/em> v sodelovanju s partnerji v obeh projektih na razli\u010dnih lokacijah v Ljubljani organizira konferenco ZDRAVJE IN DELO: Izgradnja dobrega po\u010dutja skozi umetnost v skupnostih in na delovnih mestih<\/strong>. Dogodek bo zdru\u017eil strokovnjake s podro\u010dij umetnosti, zdravja, dela, gospodarstva in politike na lokalni, nacionalni in evropski ravni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REGISTRACIJA ZA KONFERENCO<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Konferenca bo prvi dan raziskala vlogo kulture v zdravju<\/strong>, s posebnim poudarkom na usmeritvah razvoja in oblikovanja politik ter ukrepov dom in v mednarodnem prostoru<\/strong>. Obravnavali bomo teme dobrega po\u010dutja pri delu<\/strong>, kreativnih praksah prepre\u010devanja izgorelosti in absentizma<\/strong>, ter na skupnostnih pristopih, kot so socialno predpisovanje in rabe umetnosti v dobrobit skupnosti<\/strong>. Skozi prispevke, refleksije in primere dobrih praks bodo obravnavane aktualne politike, raziskave, ter na\u010dini, kako umetnost krepi dobrobit delavk in delavcev, organizacijskih okolij, posameznikov in skupnosti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PROGRAM KONFERENCE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drugi dan bo posve\u010den delavnicam, \u0161tudijskim obiskom in umetni\u0161kemu programu<\/strong>, ki bodo udele\u017eencem omogo\u010dili poglobljeno izku\u0161njo povezovanja umetnosti in zdravja v praksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projekt CARE sofinancira Evropska Unija, aktivnosti projekta Kultura za du\u0161evno zdravje pa Ministrstvo za javno upravo RS v okviru javnega razpisa za razvoj in profesionalizacijo NVO in prostovoljstva 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n

International Conference: HEALTH AND WORK: Building Well-being through Arts in Communities and Workplaces<\/strong>
9\u201310 September 2025, various locations, Ljubljana<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dru\u0161tvo Asociacija in cooperation with partners within the CARE<\/em> project and the Culture for Mental Health<\/em> initiative, is organising the conference HEALTH AND WORK: Building Well-being through Arts in Communities and Workplaces<\/em><\/strong>, which will take place at several venues across Ljubljana. The event will bring together professionals from the fields of arts, health, work, economy, and policy at local, national, and European levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REGISTRATION<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first day of the conference will explore the role of culture in health<\/strong>, with a particular focus on policy development and future directions both in Slovenia and internationally, workplace well-being, creative practices for preventing burnout and absenteeism, and community-based approaches such as social prescribing and the use of arts for the benefit of communities<\/strong>. Through presentations, reflections, and case studies, it will address current policies, research, and the ways in which the arts strengthen the well-being of workers, organisational environments, individuals, and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PROGRAM<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second day will be dedicated to workshops, study visits, and an artistic programme, offering participants an in-depth experience of connecting arts and health in practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CARE project is co-financed by the European Union, while the Culture for Mental Health initiative is supported by the Ministry of Public Administration of the Republic of Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
